Burnout & the myth of laziness.

Reader, I can't tell you how many people confuse experiencing burnout with "laziness".

When you are exhausted, dysregulated and overwhelmed, completing your tasks and following through with your responsibilities becomes that much harder.

It is incredibly difficult to do all that's in front of you when your body is drained from stress and burnout. Reader, it's important for you to know that this is (very) different than a lack of willingness or desire to get things done and be productive -- also known as laziness.

If you've noticed some negative self-talk or self-criticism showing up around how productive you've been (or have not been) lately, I hope this message offers the clarity and compassion you deserve to hear.

In my course, Understanding Your Stress and Burnout Cycles, I help dispel some of the common myths and misconceptions regarding burnout and stress just like these.

In three lessons, I guide you through understanding how you experience stress and how to interrupt those exhausting patterns with restorative self-care practices.
