Your HR manager needs to see this.

36 percent of working people shared that their organizations are not doing anything to prevent burnout.

According to this study, organizations are just not doing enough to help their staff prevent, overcome or recover from burnout.

Without tools, strategies and support on burnout prevention, working people are at risk of overworking, neglecting their mental and physical health and quitting their current jobs in search of employment that does prioritize their well-being.

Reader next year, I am partnering with organizations who are ready and motivated to create a burnout-free workplace.

Beginning in 2025, I will be offering opportunities to incorporate restorative and preventative trainings in organizational processes to decrease the exhaustion, disconnection and ineffectiveness that comes with professional burnout. This partnership includes:

  • Learning and assessing the needs of your staff
  • Coordinating and delivering burnout prevention trainings
  • Gathering supportive resources and care to interrupt burnout-causing patterns and procedures

Reader, could your organization benefit from this partnership? Forward this message to your HR manager, a friend or fellow coworker to spread the word. We are leaving burnout in 2024, one preventative practice at a time!
