I've created a series of workshops, designed to help your organization recover and prevent future experiences of burnout, chronic stress and capitalist fatigue. My series of workshops tackles some of the most challenging parts of recovering from burnout, such as:

  • Resourcefully delegating tasks and responsibilities

With my workshops, I create space for your staff to learn the causes to their burnout and explore what they need to recover from it. Workshop attendees leave each workshop with a fresh set of tools and an array of burnout-proof skills.
